SH-002 has 150.000 m² of construction area in 5 blocks, constructed on 28.500 m² of plot area. The project has mixed-use characteristics with residential units, hotel, shopping center and road-facing retail units. Residential part of the project approximately has 1400 housing units. Residential units have different sizes as 1+0, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1. Duplex, penthouse and units-with-terrace houses are also included in the project.
